
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 pinches ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 cup of grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 lb fettuccine pasta
Place a small sauce pan over medium heat. Add butter and cream. Mix until butter melts. Add nutmeg, black pepper, cheese, and salt. Stir constantly until the sauce is heavy and the cheese is absorbed by the sauce.
Place a large pot of water over high heat. When water is boiling add the pasta. Cook for about 10 minutes or until just done. Drain pasta then mix with Alfredo sauce. Serve immediately.
