
Ingredients:
½ lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic – minced
4 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese
1 pint of cream
1 lb of rotini pasta - cooked
Place large frying pan over high heat. When pan is hot add ground beef and stir constantly until well browned. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes more. Add the cream, Parmesan cheese, and cooked pasta to frying pan. Reduce heat to medium and cook until sauce thickens slightly or about 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with Parmesan cheese
