Grilled Lamb Steaks

Ingredients:

4 lamb steaks
4 garlic cloves, minced or grated
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
½ C. olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Place lamb steaks in a plastic zip-lock bag or any non-reactive shallow container to marinate in. Add the minced garlic, minced rosemary, and olive oil to zip-lock bag or container making sure lamb steaks are fully coated with the marinade. Refrigerate for 24 hours, mixing occasionally.

Preheat grill to highest heat. Remove lamb steaks, reserving the marinade, and add salt and pepper. Place steaks on the grill. Sear steaks on both sides to seal in the juices then cook to desired doneness. Brush marinade over steaks while cooking.

Serve immediately.
